Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the AutoZen mobile application (the "App"), developed and published by Zenthek ("Zenthek", "we", "us" or "our"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the App — if you do not agree with them, do not use the App.
1.Road safety comes first
Always keep your eyes on the road. Do not interact with the App while your vehicle is in motion. Set up your route, music and preferences before you start driving, or use voice commands and ask a passenger for help.
The App is a driving aid. It is not a substitute for attentive driving, your own judgment, or compliance with traffic laws. You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely and lawfully at all times, including complying with local rules on the use of mobile devices and device mounts while driving.
The App is intended to be used by licensed drivers in accordance with the laws that apply to them, or by passengers.
3.License & intellectual property
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Android devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
You are not allowed to copy or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the App, translate the App into other languages, or make derivative versions. The App itself, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain the property of Zenthek.
4.Your responsibilities
The App stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the App secure.
- We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone (removing the software restrictions imposed by the official operating system). Doing so could expose your device to malware, compromise its security features, and may cause the App to work incorrectly or not at all.
- Keep your device charged — if the battery runs out and you cannot use the App, we cannot accept responsibility for the consequences.
- If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you use the App, we assume that you have permission from the bill payer to use it.
5.Connectivity & data charges
Certain functions of the App require an active internet connection, whether Wi-Fi or mobile data. Zenthek cannot take responsibility for the App not working at full functionality when you have no connectivity or no remaining data allowance.
When you use the App outside a Wi-Fi area, the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider still apply. You may be charged by your provider for data used while accessing the App, including roaming charges if you use the App outside your home region or country without turning off data roaming. By using the App, you accept responsibility for any such charges.
6.In-app purchases
The App is free to download and offers optional in-app purchases that unlock premium features. All purchases are processed by Google Play using the payment method associated with your Google account — we never see or store your payment details.
- Prices are shown in Google Play before you confirm a purchase and may vary by country.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policies.
- We will never charge you for the App or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for.
7.Third-party services
The App uses third-party services that declare their own terms and conditions, including:
- Google Play Services
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
- HERE (maps and navigation data)
- Mapbox (maps and navigation data)
When you connect or control other apps through AutoZen — for example music players or messaging apps — your use of those apps remains governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8.Updates, changes & termination
Zenthek is committed to ensuring that the App is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the App, at any time and for any reason.
The App is currently available on Android. System requirements may change over time, and you will need to download updates if you want to keep using the App. We do not promise to always update the App so that it remains relevant to you or compatible with the Android version installed on your device.
We may also wish to stop providing the App and may terminate its availability at any time without notice. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will end; and (b) you must stop using the App and, if needed, delete it from your device.
9.Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Although we endeavour to ensure that the App is updated and correct at all times, we rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zenthek accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
10.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we may additionally notify you inside the App. You are advised to review this page periodically.
